We know that making a move is about more than just a house, it’s about community and lifestyle. Let us help you move forward.
What Our Clients Are Saying
Gretski and Anna did a great job of shielding me from the bumps and hurdles of buying a home. They brought me in when necessary and negotiated hard on my behalf. After closing they even helped me find painters and electricians to help with repairs, going above and beyond to what was expected to help me out.

Our home staging services is where our left brain meets our right brain. We love staging because it provides the opportunity to merge our affinity for esthetics and design with the art of getting your house sold!
Studies have shown that homes that are staged sell more quickly and generally at a higher price than homes without the extra touch. That said, it’s not always convenient since a house staged for sale looks quite a bit different than a house where life is happening. So it’s with great sensitivity to each individual situation, working with you and the possessions that you already own, to make your home appealing to a large variety of buyers.
One of the most important aspects of a successful close is building the right team. If you are selling, it will start with the Realtor and an accurate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). If you are buying, it may start with the Realtor, or it may start with a visit to a local lender. Finding a competent lender and obtaining a pre-approval letter in the very beginning will provide a reasonable parameter to work in. It is best to know exactly what your level of affordability is or what you are comfortable with spending on a home so that your dreams can be realized. After finding a lender to work with, and once you and your Realtor have identified a property and made an accepted offer, it’s time to find a Certified Home Inspector. Please call us, as we are continuously adding people our network. We will be happy to assist in building your team.
As you delve into the real estate process, you may find yourself with planning, zoning or land use questions. The best place to start are the city offices or Jackson County planning for more rural properties.
